Applications for the 3rd annual HYTEP Award are now open!

Try your luck and apply for the 3rd annual HYTEP Award for excellent thesis work in the field of hydrogen and hydrogen technologies, which is being organized for the umpteenth time by the Czech Hydrogen Technology Platform (HYTEP) based on previous successful years.

The HYTEP Award is managed by the Czech Hydrogen Technology Platform, and we are currently accepting theses from the 2025/2026 academic year for review.

If students or graduates meet the criteria for the HYTEP Award, which are listed in the attached statutes, they can submit their thesis to the platform's email address - info@hytep.cz. The application should include the graduate's first and last name, date of birth, permanent address or mailing address, name of the university and faculty, name of the study program or field of study, and type of study program (Mgr., Ing.). The application should include the reasons for awarding the HYTEP Prize, and the cover letter should include a summary of the thesis, including an abstract and conclusions.

Applications will be evaluated by an evaluation committee consisting of at least three experts, and award nominations will be submitted to the HYTEP Board of Directors for approval by March 13, 2026.

The main HYTEP Award is set at CZK 30,000, and the authors of the second and third best-rated theses will receive free admission to the Hydrogen Days 2026 conference, which will take place on March 11-13, 2026.
