Cílem projektu je charakterizovat na molekulární, buněčné a evoluční úrovni vybrané kandidátní faktory ovlivňující nondisjunkci B chromozomu u kukuřice. Bude studována jejich lokalizace a vliv přirozené variability na frekvenci nondisjuknce.
