Introducing a Flexible Work Culture into the Working Environment of the MU Faculty of Science and Implementing a Support System for Employees on Maternity and Parental Leave (Flexibilní kultura)

The project focuses on introducing a flexible work culture and creating a support system for parents on maternity and parental leave within the work culture of the Faculty of Science at Masaryk University. The project's activities and outputs will enable greater work flexibility for people in specific life situations and those caring for their loved ones. Introduction of maternity and parental leave management will create a program to support systematic work with this target group.
