Cílem projektu je vytvořit diagnostický panel cirkulujících miRNA v moči pacientů s PCa umožňující jednak zvýšení specificity PSA a zároveň odlišení indolentní a agresivní formy karcinomu prostaty, který by bezpečně identifikoval pacienty benefitující z radikální protinádorové terapie.
